At Hallie’s Place, we believe in creating an inclusive, supportive space where everyone feels welcome. Whether you’re looking to improve your wellbeing, stay active, or connect with others, our free community-based sessions are open to all adults. Simply turn up and take part!
Hallie’s Place offers wellbeing peer support groups and the option of 1:1 sessions with professionals (by referral). These sessions are here to provide a listening ear and practical support in a safe, caring environment.
Movement is for every body. Our gentle exercise classes focus on mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength. From Chair Fitness to Barre Fitness, you’ll find fun ways to stay active while being part of a friendly group.
We know how important social connection is for wellbeing. That’s why we host regular warm hub drop-ins and activities designed to bring people together.
All sessions are free, community-based, and open to all adults.
