Order Information

How to Order

  • Pick-up: Physical order forms for both Ignite Dance Space and Ignite Associates are available at the studio.
  • Submission: All completed order forms must be handed in at Ignite Dance Space to be processed.
  • Remote Members: If you are an Ignite Associate who lives far away and only travels to us once a month, you may email a scan or photo of your completed form to admin@igniteimpact.co.uk

Payment and Ordering Process

To keep things organised, we will be placing a bulk uniform order on the 1st of every month.

  1. Submit Form: Hand in your order form at the studio.
  2. Invoice: You will receive an invoice via email or ClassManager.
  3. Payment: Payment must be received by the last day of the month to be included in the next day's order.
    • Example: To have your uniform ordered on February 1st, we must receive your form and payment by January 31st.
  4. Processing: Once payment is confirmed, your items will be included in the monthly order.

Delivery

Please note that we order our uniforms through an external dance company. While delivery won’t be instant, we don't expect it to take too long, and we will distribute items as soon as they arrive.
